DX103D TUNEABLE TENOR D FLUTE/ WHISTLE DUO

The two in one Duo. A single Aluminium body with a choice of Tuneable Flute or Whistle heads supplied

Utilising the classic straight bore aluminium low Flute/ Whistle duo design body, this is a solid feeling and sounding instrument. Much like its soprano counterparts the aluminium body reflects the sound wave with less absorption providing you with a more metallic tone as you would expect from this harder material.

Dixon only make Tenor low D metal whistles as tuneable as the greater mass of material takes longer to warm up and so come up to playing pitch which can take a while before being able to play comfortably without being able to tune
