Repair and Warranty

Thank you for your interest in our products and services.

Waltons Music offers a two year warranty across our instruments for technical faults or issues with the exception of the following items: ‘Consumable’ items such as strings, drumsticks, batteries (including rechargeables), valves/tubes, bulbs and crossfaders are not returnable.

Signs of faults or damage are covered under this warranty only if the damage or fault occurs despite appropriate care or because of manufacturing faults.

This does not include any damage or wear to products due to neglect or damage caused directly by the consumer.

During the warranty period Waltons Music will either repair or replace the damaged or faulty item which falls under our warranty T & C’s.
